India (Part 2)
This text will be replaced
The first two episodes of Mundi Romani visit India and highlight the similarities between Indian and Romani communities. Our crew gets an invitation to a traditional Indian wedding where we discover the importance of marriage as a union not only of individuals but also of their respective communities. Similar to Roma marriage ceremonies, this concept reverses the Western focus on individuals over communities and strengthens the role of community as a source of unity and solidarity.
